Nerds Shop offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on most products sold on our website unless mentioned. Return shipping expenses will depend on the obligation of the client. You may be qualified for a credit if you return the product to us inside 30 days of your request being dispatched.
To return any particular product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required which you have to contact us & obtain. Once, obtained, a return request will be originated and you will receive an email pertaining to the procedure of returning the product.
The product needs to be returned in its original package unless it is damaged, with all accessories as it was at the point when you received it. In case of exchanges, another product request will be raised & a new product will be sent to you however in case of refunds, the merchandise has to be returned & received in the original package & a refund request will be raised. The refund can take 7-14 business days depending upon the used bank cards and effective bank policies.
Delay in processing can be taken place at the time of return if the invoice of the item is not included with the product as well as a note is mandatory to determine the reason behind the return. Nerds Shop Marketplace Policy:

Items that are claimed as inadequate or damaged will be assessed. All things deemed not to be damaged or defective will be charged a restocking price, if applicable.
All declined requests will be subjected up to 25% restocking expense in addition to shipping charges for both headings.
A 15% restocking cost will be charged for all non-imperfect returns.
Substitution items should be requested again as another request with another request number and will incorporate cargo and taking care of the charges.

How to Return an Item You Ordered?
We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything, you have 30 days from receiving your order to return an item. Gather the purchases you want to return, just make sure your items are in the original condition, contents, and packaging. How to return a major appliance?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. Before you accept the delivery of your major appliance, please inspect it. If any issue exists, you may refuse delivery. Once you have accepted delivery (or if you brought the major appliance home yourself), you have 30 days to contact us regarding defects, damage, or other issues. Please do not contact the store. Refund method and timing:
With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.
For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 2–3 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
- Items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, or scratched may be denied a return.
- Please return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return or allow a return with a nonrefundable deduction on your refund for what is missing.
- If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if you do not return all items purchased.
- All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned. Other nonreturnable purchases include custom orders, personalized orders, digital content, prepaid cards (including third-party gift cards), gift packaging, memberships, completed services, opened consumable items including batteries, cleaning agents, oils, fuel, ink, and 3D printer filament.
Return shipping fees
If you return an item using a prepaid method from our Online Returns Center, and the reason for return is not a result of a Nerds Shop error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Estimated return shipping fees will be displayed within the Online Returns Center when you are choosing the prepaid return label method for your return.
If the return is the result of a Nerds Shop error, we'll refund return shipping costs as well.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to a Nerds Shop store and we'll arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail during your return and exchange time period, please call us for special instructions at Nerds Shop (855) 217-8763. We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees.
Returns lacking proof of purchase:
Reimbursements on returns lacking proof of purchase may be denied or limited, and state sales tax and fees will not be reimbursed.
